Ernie R. da Jose is the founder of JosephSon & Partners.
After 25+ years of management experience in corporate
America, he chose to dedicate his skills and experience in
reaching out to married couples and their families through
retreat and personal development programs. He is a B.A.
English graduate of Maryhurst Seminary where he was
preparing to become a missionary priest and later studied
engineering at Northrop University. His commitment to
making himself an instrument in God's ministry is his
passion. He is on his 6th year serving on the board of the
Riverside/San Bernardino YMCA. He is married and
blessed with 3 children.

Fr. Jim Mott, OSA, former West Coast Provincial for the
Augustinian missionaries, he is currently serving as the
formation director and treasurer of the Augustinian
monastery in San Diego, California, USA.. After joining the
Augustinians in 1958 and graduating in 1962 from
Villanova University, he was ordained priest in 1965 and
earned an MA in religious studies in 1966. He taught high
school for 6 years, was a senior pastor for 8 years,
hospital chaplain for 4 years, was in administration for 12
years, and served in the national conference for religious
men for 2 years.
Augustinian missionaries, he is currently serving as the
formation director and treasurer of the Augustinian
monastery in San Diego, California, USA.. After joining the
Augustinians in 1958 and graduating in 1962 from

spiritual growth, and building strong marriages and families
have always been a priority in his ministry. Bill and his wife
Marilynn are best selling authors and popular speakers
and retreat leaders.

& Finance Corporation, a real estate agency and
Mortgage services company. Previously, he worked as a
controller foir Damar Corporation, a real estate information
services, in Los Angeles. He received his bachelor of
science in Accounting from Xavier University, Philippines.
