DAILY ROUTINE SCHEDULE

9am – 12pm                    English Instruction (15 minute break at halftime)
12pm – 1pm                      Lunch
1pm – 5pm                      Activities  (30 minute break at halftime)

7pm – 9pm                       Activities/Leisure
9:15pm                             Bedtime

Note:  Schedule could be adjusted based on participants’  responsiveness and comfort level.
We tailor our schedule and curriculum around our participants requirements, not vice-versa.

Note:  Learning supplies and materials are provided.  
Some activities may be omitted due to lack of interest or participation.


SAMPLE MEALS MENU

Breakfast:          Cereal,  oatmeal, waffle, pancake, toast, bagel, eggs, bacon, ham
Lunch:               Noodles, pizza, sandwiches,  vegetables,  meat or fish, soup
Dinner:              Meat or fish, spaghetti, pasta,  meat, rice, noodles (chow mein), fish, vegetables

Snack:               Cookies, granola bars, pastry
Dessert:             Ice cream, fruit pie

NOTE:  24 hours, 7 days a week, available to our guests in our kitchen are the following fresh fruit selections:   
oranges, apples, bananas & pears AND the following drinks:  milk, orange juice.   
(Soy milk will be made available upon request).

* Specific Daily Menu Calendar  covering 6 weeks will be published prior to start of program.


ENGLISH  INSTRUCTION 3-WEEK CURRICULUM will be published 45 days before start of program.

Main focus areas: English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
